House in front of the beach and next to the five-star Hotel Las Americas. It has 4 bedrooms with an air conditioner in each. 3 terraces and one parking space. We have a heated jacuzzi to relax, and enjoy the sun in the jacuzzi while drinking a piña colada 🍹 The kitchen is fully stocked and has a coffee maker, gas stove, oven, and microwave. 24/7 Butler Is also included, and Daily maid service is included as well. Cookies are included (just pay for the groceries). Ps. DJ System is for rent.
The space
There are a couple of restaurants in the area that serve local dishes like Red Snapper with coconut rice. There is also a Japanese restaurant within walking distance and a very nice restaurant at the hotel next door. The airport is only 3 minutes by car and the old town is only 5 minutes away. If you feel like cooking, you can buy food and drinks at EXITO which is a supermarket a block away. The condo has a nice pool and a security guard 24/7
