Las Palmas House

Luxurious house with an excellent location in the San Diego neighborhood of the historic center of Cartagena de Indias. An elegant, colonial, comfortable and cozy property to relax and dream surrounded by walls with a lot of history.

At the time of Colonia San Diego, it was a popular neighborhood with a series of wells or wells where rainwater was collected to irrigate orchards or wash clothes.

At the beginning of the intervention in this construction that was very deteriorated, four of those wells and a storage tank were found and it was decided to keep two, as well as all those walls and ceilings that could be restored.

The other element that determines the warmth of the environment and maintains the colonial style, are the walls: in the old part the walls were restored, revealing the coral stone and brick with which each stage of the house was made.

The house has capacity for a maximum of 14 people comfortably accommodated in 6 rooms and 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds, all rooms have the most up-to-date comforts. All of them have air conditioning, fan, safe, cable TV, private bathroom, amenities, Wi-Fi connection and hot water.
