THIS BIG BACHELOR PARTY MANSION over 16.000 square feet, in the best area of barrio el Poblado in Medellin, extremely private with great views of the city and nature. Its a peaceful place but also you can have your own parties and celebrations without getting disturbed.

The Mansion is located in the safest place called the Treasure (el Tesoro, el Poblado) and also you are five minutes away in uber or taxi from Parque Lleras, nightclubs, bars and restaurants, shopping mall el Tesoro and more.

THIS MANSION IS USED MAINLY FOR REGGUETON VIDEOS, PRIVATE PARTIES, SHOWROOMS, COMMERCIALS, FASHION SHOWS, BACHELORS PARTIES AND MORE.

The house has 8 big rooms with incredible views of the city, each room with private bathroom, and all of them with queen size beds (1.60 x 1.90 cms) or King size beds (2.00 x 2.00 cms), and the rooms has extra beds. Total beds 20.

The dinning room is a terrace with views of the nature and the city, with BBQ and outdoor lounge. Also has a big living room and a wood hall with trees and nature. In the rooftop of the mansion there is a HEATED HUGE JACUZZI for 18 people with a bar with views of the city.
